For the convenience of our consignors we offer these optional tagging supplies. We have shopped around for the best quality we could find for the money. (Staples sells them for $25-40!) We have tried several brands and are proud to offer the items below which we feel represent both quality and value.
We use all of the following supplies personally when preparing our own items and find that they are quick and easy to use. Additionally, the cost of the tagging gun and barbs will save you money from buying safety pins in just a couples sales! We carry all replacement parts for the tagging guns such as additional barbs and needles (if your's happen to break, although mine never has).
TAGGING GUN KIT
Please note when using tagging gun you should insert the needle into the garment's seam or tag. Placing the tagging gun needle directly through the fabric could likely cause a hole that would make the item unsellable.
This kit will include the tagging gun and 500 barbs for $13. Should you ever have a needle break, we will replace it free of charge!

REFILL BARBS
This is for 500 plastic barbs for the tagging gun. $2.50
LOOP PINS
Loop Pins do NOT require a tagging gun. These provide a great way to attach shoes together or attach a tag to the handle of something or on certain toys. We suggest you put packing tape over the tag and then poke a small hole through the tag to insert the loop pin through. (This will help the tag from ripping off during the sale.) 100 loop pins for $1.
HANGERS
In an effort to help you keep your costs down, we do NOT require any specific type of hanger. You can use whatever you can find for free. (Email your friends or try posting a "Hangers Wanted" ad on Craigslist.
If you find you need more hangers, we have purchased hangers in bulk to help save you more... Packages of wire hangers are now available (no shipping, pick-up only). The cost is 25 hangers for $2.00. That's 5-9 hangers more than the dollar store sells them for! (Dollar Stores usually sell hangers in groups of 8-10 for $1.)

SAFETY PINS
We have also purchased a bulk quantity of safety pins in 3 sizes. We checked out Walmart pricing to compare. A box of 250 assorted safety pins is $2.47 (mostly small sizes in the box); a box of size 3 (2") is a quantity of 40 for $2.47.
Here is our pricing:
Size 1 - 1 1/16" - Qty 100 @ $1.75
Size 2 - 1 1/2" - Qty 100 @ $2.00
Size 3 - 2" - Qty 100 @ $3.50
Size 1 is good for pinning tags onto clothing. Size 2 and 3 are best for hanging clothing on hangers with or holding sets of clothing together on the hanger.
